Roaming Solutions Pty Ltd operates a number of brands, including yet not limited to, RoamingSIM, RoamingDATA, RoamingACCESSORIES and RoamingINSURANCE and also acts a third party provider for companies, including yet not limited to, QBE, Toll, Lonely Planet and Korjo.

Roaming Solutions cannot be held responsible for issues with 3rd party supplier products and services.  Please refer the individual company websites for their Terms and Conditions

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Roaming Solutions, trading as Roaming Insurance is an agent of QBE Insurance, and all policies are issued and underwritten by QBE Australia Ltd.  Terms, conditions and acceptance criteria apply.  Cover limits apply as set out in the policy wording.  This material contains general information only and may not suit your particular circumstances.  Before deciding to acquire any insurance product, you should obtain and consider the relevant Product Disclosure Statement to decide if a policy is right for you.  Insurance issued by QBE Insurance (Australia) Ltd ABN 78 003 191 035 AFS Licence 239545. FRAUD CONTROL POLICY

Any order placed for an overseas delivery (incl. New Zealand) will be subject to a fraud control policy. This fraud control policy may take up to 4 business days. This is on top of the delivery time of up to 5 days and should be taken into consideration before placing your order.

Please check your nominated email address (also junk mail folders) for any correspondence from Roaming Solutions in regards to your order.

RoamingSIM Refund Policy:

Please note that the quality and coverage of roaming networks vary by country. No representations or guarantees are made in respect of availability, quality, operation or support for voice or data communication on third-party networks or with third-party lines while roaming.

You may apply for a refund under the following circumstances:

Roaming Solutions can only process refunds for SIM cards that have been purchased directly from Roaming Solutions. If you have purchased from a retailer you must follow their refund process. This does not apply to refunds for credit only which come via the RoamingSIM website.

Please note the SIM is a pre-paid product and any un-used credit cannot be refunded.

  1. You have not travelled and no longer require the SIM or credit.
  2. You have encountered operational issues with the SIM while travelling.
  • SIM must be returned not activated, unused, unopened and still in the original SIM card packaging.
  • A 25% administration charge will apply to total order amount (SIM plus credit)

SIM must be returned to Roaming Solutions (if SIM is not received we cannot test it for faults therefore it is unlikely a refund will be granted).  Details must be advised in writing, including dates of travel, examples of issues encountered.  Roaming Solutions will investigate your claim and use its discretion to identify the problem.

If the problem relates to the SIM card and its performance, a full refund for SIM and credit purchased will be awarded.

If the problem relates to phone type or any other issue not related to the actual SIM performance, a refund may be given for the unused credit portion only. Every attempt will be made to identify the problem in order to give you the option of using the SIM on your next trip.

To apply for a refund please follow the below steps:

  1. Send the SIM card and a detailed letter outlining the reasons for your refund request.

  1. Include your name, address, contact number, email address and order number (where applicable) in your correspondence.
  2. Allow 10 working days for an investigation to be conducted and refund to be processed.
  3. Roaming Solutions will reply to your request with an outcome by email.
  4. If a refund has been approved, the amount will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account which was originally used for purchase (in some instances bank details may be requested e.g. if the credit card has expired or the PayPal purchase was made more than 60 days prior).

Please note that the quality and coverage of telecommunications networks vary by country. No representations or guarantees are made in respect of availability, quality, operation or support for voice or data communication on third-party networks or with third-party lines while roaming.

If you have encountered issues with your Local SIM card and wish to apply for a refund you need to please do so in writing to:

RoamingACCESSORIES Refund Policy

 

If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our address in its original undamaged condition with an explanation as to why you are requesting a refund.
