Please note that all quoted delivery times are from date your order is received. Orders placed over weekends and public holidays (which affect Melbourne, Australia) will be processed the next business day. Roaming Solutions dispatch centre is based in Melbourne, Australia. The processing of orders is based on local time. For Webbing Spot orders credit checks need to be verified before the device is shipped.
For Express shipping, it is advisable to provide a business address (including company name) where possible so that that the courier may obtain a signature as proof of delivery. If a residential address has been advised, the documentation will be left in the letter box or in the safest possible place.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Roaming Solutions if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
